Four-Hour Venue Rental

$150 per hour (plus tax) plus a $250 security deposit (returned upon venue checkout)

Saturday rentals are available from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Alternate time slots may be approved at the owner’s discretion, provided no other events are scheduled

All rates subject to applicable taxes

Setup and cleanup should be completed within your booked time. Should you require additional hours for decorating, they can be arranged prior to the event.

Payment Terms & Scheduling

Events booked 90 days or more in advance require a 30% deposit and must follow an established payment schedule. Clients also have the option to pay the remaining balance in full upon receipt of the invoice, if preferred.

Events scheduled within 30 days of the event date require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Events occurring within 15 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

A $250 security deposit is required to secure your event date. A $75 cleaning fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 7–10 business days following the event, pending a successful post-event inspection. The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. All setup and cleanup time must be included within your reserved event hours. If additional time is needed for decorating, extra hours may be added in advance of the event, subject to availability.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cashier’s check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover only), and Zelle. Late payments are subject to a $25 per day late fee.

Please note that our event calendar opens ten (10) months in advance and dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis once payment requirements are met.
