Four-Hour Venue Rental – $150 per hour (plus tax)
Saturday availability: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Alternate time slots may be approved based on availability.

All rentals include:

• Up to (10) 60-inch round tables

• Up to (12) 6-foot rectangle tables

• Up to (2) 8-foot rectangle tables

• Up to (2) 4-foot adjustable-height rectangle tables (kids tables)

• Up to 80 champagne Chiavari chairs

• (6) bar-height cocktail tables

• Standard stationary grass wall

• Champagne wall

• Bluetooth speaker/sound system

• Projector & Wi-Fi access

• Full kitchenette with prep table usage

• Drink cooler access

Additional hours may be added at $150/hour plus tax.

All rates are subject to applicable taxes and a refundable security deposit due at booking. Setup and cleanup must be completed within your reserved rental period. Additional decorating or breakdown time may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

Payment Terms & Scheduling

Events booked 90 days or more in advance require a 30% deposit and follow an established payment schedule. Clients may also choose to pay the remaining balance in full upon receipt of the invoice.

Events booked within 30 days of the event date require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Events booked within 15 days of the event date require full payment at booking.

A $250 security deposit is required to secure your event date. A $75 cleaning fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 7–10 business days following a successful post-event inspection. Security deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cashier’s check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, & Discover only), and Zelle. Late payments are subject to a $25 daily late fee.

Please note that our calendar opens 10 months in advance, and dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once payment requirements have been met.
